Elise Khettat whose appetite for cosmetics and desire for social commitment were revealed when she met Louise, a young deaf woman. She thus became aware of the problem of access to employment for deaf and hard of hearing people and made it her hobbyhorse and the mantra of her brand "The art of speaking with the hands".
